Pathways collects the experience of:

Donatella D’Agostino

I graduated in Philosophy in 2000 and immediately became passionate about working in HR - Development and Professional Training areas, planning refresher and qualification training courses and managing to finance them through adequate public funds. I perfected my curriculum studiorum at the Bocconi School of Management, studying the subject of skills assessment. Over the years my European planning activity has expanded in order to give consistency to wide-ranging territorial planning initiatives with the design and implementation of strategic development actions in support of public and private bodies, trade associations and Higher Education Institutes . I worked, together with European partners, as a senior technician in the Erasmus Plus program and therefore I had the opportunity to deepen the European regulatory framework of reference for the Education and Vocational Training system of which I am an expert and in particular of ECVET, being a member of the European ECVET NetWork.
Technical director of a consortium of schools for 5 years, today I put my twenty years of experience in Pathways to good use, always dealing with European planning, identification and coordination of purpose networks, but also with the construction and management of budgets to ensure the economic sustainability of the actions to be planned / programmed in the light of the structural and external human resources to be deployed and the specific reporting criteria. I thus support the overall project management in 'giving legs' to the idea behind the design choices and in the implementation of complex funded initiatives mainly dedicated to the growth of young people and the employability of the workforce.

Giulia Cartocci

Graduated in Contemporary History at the University of Florence in 2008, I have been working in the professional education and training sector as a freelancer since 2011.

In recent years I have tried to develop my skills by dealing with two aspects in particular of training.

Thanks to various assignments at the Employment Centers in the province of Arezzo, I have been involved in guidance and accompaniment projects for job placement dedicated to different target users. In particular I have worked with women in retraining in the social welfare sector, unemployed, workers in CIG, but also minors in compulsory training. I have also coordinated and tutored qualification paths for dropout and unemployed minors in reintegration paths into the world of work.
Since 2013 I have been working as a project manager in European community projects, Leonardo da Vinci first and Erasmus + later, in collaboration with higher education institutions and public bodies. I deal in particular with the logistical organization of groups and preparation for mobility, in constant collaboration with the foreign partners responsible for reception.
