Numerous events enliven the city throughout the year. Every first Sunday of the month, the historic center is the scene of an appreciated antiques fair, ideal for vintage enthusiasts. In the month of June and September the famous historical reinterpretation Giostra del Saracino is held, which involves the citizens, divided into the four opposing districts in the representation of the medieval challenge. In the summer, several music festivals dedicated to the youngest are organized.

Not just the city have a lot to offer, but the province is also full of villages and castles that have played important roles in the history of the Region. Among these Cortona is certainly the best known, a jewel of the Valdichiana. The proximity to other important cities makes Arezzo an ideal place to get to know Tuscany. It is in fact close to Siena and the Chianti hills; it is possible to take day trips to San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Florence is well connected with the railway line and is only an hour away. Thanks to bus connections, the coastal area of ​​Maremma, famous for its Natural Park and beaches, is also easily reachable.
