This is the beginning of the 2021-2027 programming that sees Europe working towards the achievement of 5 strategic objectives of the cohesion policy for a smarter, greener and carbon-free Europe, more connected, more social, closer to citizens. Together with NextGenerationEU, an instrument designed to stimulate recovery, Europe is preparing the largest package of stimulus measures ever financed, in order to support competitiveness and the green and digital transition.

In the framework of the 2021-2027 opportunities, Pathways deals with mapping funding channels in the fields of culture and education and vocational training within the Creative Europe, Erasmus Plus programs and within the programming of the European Social Fund Plus- FSE + which develops within Policy Objective 4, 'A more social Europe', to support quality employment, education, professional skills, social inclusion. Pathways is careful to seize the opportunities that are opening up within the framework of NextGenerationEU, in support of the "Reskill and upskill", the adaptation of Education and Training systems aimed at developing digital skills and educational and professional training in the active population.

Obtaining European funding and accessing a European Union call for proposals requires the development of a long term successful strategy, of a precisely defined path that brings benefit and progress not only to individual actors, but to the social context in intervened and to all stakeholders involved in the process too. Pathways helps schools, public bodies, training agencies to analyze the needs of the territory and the market segments they refer to, contextualizing them regard to their positioning and their institutional mission. It builds survey tools, data analysis matrices and identifies the skills to be developed in line with European strategic indications, the competitiveness needs of the territory and people's professional growth potential. It involves customer's key resources in a co-participated process that leads to the identification of the most appropriate financing channels to implement the planning of training and development activities suitable for achieving the growth objectives of the entity in the area where it is located.
