Technical assistance
Once the funding has been obtained, a path begins that sees the implementation part of the project activities side by side with proper procedural management and communication with the funding body. Both program and channel, while responding to common European guidelines, has developed different management and reporting tools and procedures that often use ad hoc management platforms.
Pathways, with specific skills, follows the funded project throughout the management process, from the start-up phase to the reporting phase, in the logic of quality procedures.
Technical assistance services can be provided both remotely - advice is provided continuously by telephone, e-mail and Internet conference call - and in person.
EU Project management
Project management is one of the fundamental business activities for the conception and success of a project. In the funded projects, the first rough programming phase is carried out at the very moment of the application, but in any case the operational detail is set after the signing of the agreement with the funding body.
Pathways deals with:
- planning all the actions envisaged by the project over time, taking into account the organizational logic and the overall consistency of the activities to be carried out, as well as any risks and unforeseen events;
- identifying and manage the human and structural resources necessary to achieve the project objectives, coordinating them with respect to the structure, needs and potential of the partnership;
- carrying out the planned activities, checking their adequacy with respect to time, budget and resources used in order to ensure high standards of quality, effectiveness and efficiency;
- drafting intermediate and final reports;
- disseminating the project and the results produced through dissemination channels appropriate to the case, taking into account, in the communication strategy, the stakeholders and the brand identity of the entity;
- measuring the impact of the actions carried out in the medium / long term on the final beneficiaries;
- evaluating the overall results in a logic of capitalization of the results achieved and continuous improvement.
Financial management
In the context of European programs, it is essential that the project management is complemented by careful financial management of the resources allocated.
Pathways supports the partnership in the structuring of the budget, giving an economic value to the human and structural resources necessary for the realization of the activities; supports the administration along the entire path with reporting on the expenses incurred in itinere, ensuring the correct final reporting.
